How do you enable 2-factor authentication for your Open-Bank ID?
Use the “Two-Factor Options” section in “Your Profile” and you can enable and configure one or multiple two-factor authentication providers for your account:
- Email codes
- Time Based One-Time Passwords (TOTP) on any of the eligible Authenticator apps
- FIDO Universal 2nd Factor (U2F)
- Backup Codes
Step 1: Login to your borderless Trust Account.
Step 2: Go to Profile.
Step 3: Go to Section ‘Two-Factor Options’
Step 4: Enable any or all of the factor types. You can select one of the factor types as Primary.
In addition to the 2 FA types available, you can also enable Webauthn: Device-based biometrics e.g. FACE ID, fingerprints etc.
